Hint: In a full bipartisan rebuke, all Democratic and Republican members of the House Committee on Foreign Affairs voted this year to block the BBG plan to end Voice of America (VOA) radio and television transmission to China, which BBG “bureaucrats” — as committee members called them — had announced shortly before the Chinese regime’s crackdown on the Jasmine Revolution.
